1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using NoteHopper (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

NoteHopper is a utility tool that facilitates the migration of data from Google Keep Takeout archives to Notion. The Software is provided as-is, and you are responsible for obtaining the necessary data exports from Google and access permissions from Notion.

3. Pro Version & Licensing

The "Pro" version of NoteHopper is a paid upgrade. This license is non-transferable and intended for personal or professional use by the purchaser. We reserve the right to change the pricing or features of the Pro version at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your data. NoteHopper does not provide backup services. We strongly recommend verifying your data in Notion before deleting any original notes from Google Keep.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NoteHopper or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
